Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through our quote, booking, contact, and lead flows. Depending on the request, this can include:

• your name, email address, phone number, and optional notes or special instructions;
• vehicle details, requested tint or related services, selected glass areas, tint-removal needs, estimates, and appointment preferences;
• for residential or commercial quote requests, business name (when applicable), project address, property or space details, service interests, and project notes; and
• your choice to receive occasional offers and updates, when you actively opt in.

We also receive technical and usage information generated when you use the site, such as device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location inferred from IP address, referral information, and cookie or similar technology identifiers. When you arrive through an advertising campaign, we may collect campaign and attribution identifiers, such as UTM parameters and Google or Meta click identifiers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve our services, including to prepare and save quotes, schedule and manage appointments, respond to questions, provide customer service, send service-related communications, operate and secure the website and business, and understand how visitors use the site.

We may use information to measure advertising and campaign performance, understand whether an inquiry or booking followed an ad interaction, and improve our advertising. We send marketing communications only when you have provided the applicable marketing consent or opt-in.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement

J&D Armor Tint uses cookies and similar technologies from providers including Google and Meta to support analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, and related advertising functions. These providers may collect or receive browser, device, page-view, cookie, and advertising identifier information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Where applicable and permitted, we may use first-party identifiers you provide, such as contact information, in a normalized or hashed form for advertising measurement. This helps us understand whether advertising resulted in a customer inquiry or booking. The current public Google Ads tag does not capture customer data for Enhanced Conversions for Leads.

Google authorization

J&D Armor Tint may use Google OAuth to authorize its internal Google Data Manager and Google Ads conversion-measurement integration. This authorization is used only to authenticate the intended Google Data Manager advertising-measurement functionality; it is not used to access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or unrelated Google Account content.

OAuth credentials and tokens are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Google API authorization data is not sold. This authorization supports planned or enabled advertising-measurement functionality as applicable and does not itself mean that a production integration is active.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and business, such as providers that support scheduling, communications, hosting, form processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and payment or checkout processing when you choose to use those features.

We may also share information with Google, Meta, and similar advertising or analytics providers for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, business, or security.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested services, manage customer relationships, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us. You can also manage cookies and certain tracking controls through your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information when required or permitted by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
